Here’s more…

Trim levels!

The adventure-themed AT4 appeals to many, getting lots of love in this new model year! Specifically, the first-ever AT4 Ultimate will be presented with 20-inch wheels and a four-corner adaptive air suspension that is capable of raising two inches for added clearance off-road. Red tow hooks are also offered, with front skid plates added that are needed under body protection. A subtle, matte look has replaced high-gloss finish, with the GMC logo presented in matte red, with a satin nickel finish used on the grille.

The lower fascia remains gloss black.

Within the cabin, an Obsidian Rush interior is presented, with three rows of black full-grain leather featuring embossed textures, red stitching and Ash Burl wood accents. Stainless-steel speaker grilles complete a slick, modern design that achieves its aim of looking all things rugged and upscale.

Drivers may just prefer the AT4 Ultimate, which will get them premium interior materials and the Terrain drive mode which is exclusive to the AT4. Under hood, they can take advantage of the Duramax diesel, now with 305 hp and 495 lb-ft of torque. A 6.20 liter gas V-8 is standard, with the 5.3-liter V-8 the entry engine for lesser Yukon models.

Want the ultimate? That is made clear in the Denali Ultimate, the top-shelf Yukon offered. The only Yukon with available 24-inch eight-spoke machined wheels, the Denali comes standard with 16-way powered heated and ventilated massaging front seats, with those same seats available for passengers in the second row – pure luxury through and through!

There are also an 8.0-inch entertainment screens in the back of the front headrests, complete with web browsing, music and streaming services. While music pumps throughout the cabin, occupants can relish in up to 22 speakers from the premium Bose stereo, including in the headrests of the first and Executive second rows. A classy brown hue marks the interior colorway.

Differing from the AT4, the Denail’s front end adopts width-enhancing design elements and grille detailing.

Two trims have been eliminaited for 2024, including the SLE and SLT, and replaced by a single elevation “base” trim.

What else we know!

Within the 2025 Yukon is a completely new interior, marking the Yukon’s biggest updates, with horizontal design elements stretching the front of the SUV so as to make it look wider. An 11.0-inch cluster screen allows ample room for vehicle data, with hands free Super Cruise available across all trim levels for the first time.

The massive 16.8-inch center screen, first introduced in the Sierra EV, fits in nicely. This new touchscreen runs Android Automotive software, making Google Maps the native navigation system and Google Assistant the voice control.

A plethora of safety features are also synonymous with the new Yukon, and have been expanded to include automatic front pedestrian and bicycle braking, rear cross-traffic braking, side bicyclist alert and intersection automatic emergency braking, rear cross-traffic braking, side bicyclist alert and intersection automatic emergency braking. Night vision is also available.

Pricing is not yet available heading into the 2025 model year, although a slight hike is expected so as to accommodate the new gear and lineup consultation.

With updates in the areas of interior and exterior design, tech and safety updates, the all-new Yukon for 2025 is not only a truly capable full-size SUV, but will proudly join other freshly designed GMCs like the Acadia and the Terrain.
