I have had my vehicle serviced many times at jay Buick .I'm not impressed by there technicians except allen who gets it right.the other technicians need better training or hire more compantent ones.the reason I still give them a 5 star rating is there service writers Rick and John they make my experience amazing.Where Jay Buick lacks they make up for it ten fold.I will not deal with anybody else they are very informative and really care about the customer.if it wasn't for them I would take my bussiness elsewhere they are the reason I'm thinking of getting my next vehicle from Jay Buick.
Tristan Holmes and Mike Croom were great working with me to purchase my 2019 Buick Encore. I just wish someone had shown me how to work some of the features. Also wish they had put gas in the car; was almost on E.
I have to start by saying Lue Vascek was vary nice and helpful when I bought my Vehicle. About a week later I noticed my car was starting hard. The next morning dead will not start or crank. Jumped started drove 1 hour to work shut my car off and would not start again! I called Lue first to give them the chance to take care of a customer as they should. They said they would not do anything for me that they checked the battery during service and it was fine it was on me. I find this completely unacceptable 8 days after purchase. I will not be returning for service or any sales. I understand that this car is "As is" but 8 days after purchase is unacceptable and to not even offer to take care of me in any way is unacceptable. This will take a possible life long customer in to someone who will tell everyone he meets About there poor customer service. I worked at Ganley Village for 4 years as a tech and we would do anything to take care of a customer to make sure they return. That is customer service there are to many dealerships out there to go to a dealer that will not take care of it's customer. I am extremely disappointed in this experience if I could give 0 stars I would.
Jay Buick they are trouble they try to make me pay 1400 for a guess the dealer suppose to tell u what wrong with your car not to guess and make u send money trouble service. I bought a 2014 impala from jay had it for 16months and I have put over 2,000dollars in this car in the past 16months they will sale u anything
It was time to turn in my 2015 Buick Regal and I was exploring options for a new car or whether to buy out my old lease. George Breckling was very knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. He answered all of my questions and cheerfully spent an afternoon taking me on 3 test drives. At first, I wasn't "in love" with the Buick Encore that George recommended (I've never really cared for SUV-type vehicles), & had made the decision to go home & continue my search another day. However, he worked with the sales manager to get me a great discount package (loyalty bonus, factory incentive, educator discount) & a monthly payment that is $35 less than what I've been paying. A.J. Borisa, the Finance Manager, made the paperwork process efficient & easy to understand. The cherry on the sundae, though, was when the Products Specialist (I'm so sorry, I've forgotten his name!) walked me through all of the amazing features & technology of the Encore. He made me really excited about the car & glad I had made the decision to lease it. Overall, it was a great experience without the high-pressure sales tactics & guilt trips that many dealerships use. I've ended up with a vehicle that better fits my budget and driving habits & needs- even my insurance premiums have gotten much lower. This is my third time leasing with Jay Buick. The first experience was not good (high-pressure sales tactics & guilt trips!), but the last two with Mr. Breckling have been outstanding, and I look forward to working with Jay Buick again in the future.

My wife and I were out scouting for a new car for me. We really had no intentions of buying anything that day, we were just trying to get ideas. We happened upon Brandon Beck who took the time to get us some ideas in the price range we were looking along with helping us decide a lease would be a better way to go with the budget we we're setting. He took us on and test drive and was informative and courteous through out the whole process. AJ in finance also couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful to deal with. Overall we were very satisfied with how we were treated at Jay. Something we couldn't say in our past car dealings.
Without a doubt the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman was great, as was the finance manager. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I will buy my next car there, even though I live miles away.

Found the 2016 Silverado 1500 Double Cab I had been looking for. The truck was priced great, thousands less than other trucks I was considering and I sacrificed nothing as far as options. Was greeted at the door and treated very well.
Good experience no pressure dealer. Worked with a guy named Tony. Not your typical salesman. Every other person was also friendly to us asking if we want water or coffee or snacks. Great experience from what I went through at a kia dealership a week earlier
They gave me all the options, they listened to my needs. No high pressure games and were the nicest to deal with. They found the car I was looking for and worked within my budget. They took the time to explain all the features. I toured the dealership and met alot of great people
Let me just start of by saying everything about this establishment is pleasant. For months I was looking for a particular car as I was giving up hope...... I did one more google search expanding my miles and I found Jay Buick GMC. I made a phone call on November 17th and lady that answered the phone was welcoming and I explained to her what I was looking for and when I was from and insistently told me I have the right guy for you to work with let me transfer you to Donovan (aka DonnieCarz). After speaking with Donovan I explained to him that I was from Brooklyn, New York and I was unfamiliar with the process of buying a car from another state. Donovan assured me that I was I good hands asked for my cell phone number to send me detailed pictures answered ever question I had. Told him I was sold and what was the process to make this deal happen. I then worked with AJ Borisa from the financing department. Who also addressed all of my concerns Had all the paperwork sent overnight with a return overnight package included. He was of the following day however he did give me his cellphone number and allowed me to contact if I had questions. Which of course I did lol. This whole process took about 2 weeks and I had my car on 12/01/2017. I flew down and my fight was delayed and I was not going to make it by time the Dealership closed. But, Donnie waited For me at the airport and took me to the Dealership car was PERFECT! Miles were the same as the listing and Donnie made sure I had a full tank of gas to help on the Drive back to New York!!! I love this place and I will forever come back when its time for a new car.
I was told that I would be given a disservice if they gave me a price for a new truck on the phone. I have been buying vehicles for 32 years and this was a first. Most of the time I have only dealt on the phone why waste someone time with these tactics that only scream bad gmc dealer!
I had figured out the car I wanted and found the right used car at this dealership. I was going to be driving 2 hours to get the car so I wanted to make sure it was well set up. George Breckling was my saleman and he made sure the vehicle would still be there when I arrived which was a huge help! A.J. Borisa was the finance manager who helped and he got me a better rate than my bank. Both were very helpful!
I have been dealing with Jay Buick Gmc since 2006. I am on my fifth car with them. They will do whatever it takes to make you, the customer happy. Sure anyone can sell you a car, but the owners of Jay are readily accessible too interact with you as a person, not just a customer. They want you to be a happy customer and someone who will return time and time again. Sales is only the beginning of the process. More importantly is their service department. They have excellent write up people, who have excellent follow up. They will take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. The mechanics will also explain to you anything you have a question about the operation of your car. Everyone there will greet you with a smile. You could do worse, but unlikely better.

I leased a 2018 GMC Terrain on 09/30/17, Michael Croom, Mark and AJ provided excellent customer service. Signing the lease paperwork was a breeze, The price was right and the sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Jay Buick GMC!
My daughters worked hard all summer to earn enough for a down payment on their first car. We went to look first at Jay Buick to see and test drive a Buick Encore. Donovan came out to greet us and immediately made us feel welcome. The girls explained what they wanted and what they could afford for a down payment and monthly payments. Donovan saw no problem and suggested a lease that he could work into their finances and also recognized that they were taking the car to Edinboro for college (in Pennsylvania). Being away from home, a new car lease meant that they (and us parents) wouldn't have to worry about maintenance costs or repairs. Donovan and his sales manager worked to come up with discounts to arrive at a price and payments that the girls could afford. Throughout this visit, and the subsequent visit to pick up the car and sign the papers, The dealership was fantastic. The tour of the dealership, service department, Starbucks coffee, they were all top notch! Donovan Jamison, Anthony in finance, the sales manager (I don't remember his name) and the wide open feeling and cleanliness of the dealer made this the first time I ever felt welcome and at ease with a car purchase and absolutely no uncomfortable pressure! Result, my daughters now have a 2017 Buick Encore they can call their own and are paying for it themselves thanks to Donovan Jamison.
