What we know!

Offered for both RWD and 4WD drivetrains, these supercharged units are capable of so much! In specific, they achieve a level of performance like no other! To reach these levels, the 5.3L V8 L84 and the 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engines have undergone a thorough upgrade, producing 700 and 800 hp respectively and representing the latest in state-of-the-art performance engine technology. Add to that, race-quality computer-balanced rotating assembly, forged twisted steel crankshaft, forged aluminum pistons and upgraded cylinder heads and an SVE supercharger system, and power is definitely a given! There is also a custom stainless steel exhaust system!

Also available is a 650-hp configuration with the 6.2L V8 and a 550-hp variant with the 5.3L V8 with these upgrades featuring a supercharger, high-flow cooling system and a cat-back dual exhaust system.

These supercharged systems represent the latest in state-of-the-art performance engine technology. In addition, due to the use of positive displacement superchargers as a power adder, drivability issues can occur which is why the boost-by-wire system is extremely helpful. This new system allows the user full variable boost control and is super user-friendly. The way it works is that, the more you press the accelerator pedal, the more boost the supercharger produces. It is still all the neck-snapping instant power that is needed, but it is now controlled with your foot as much as you need it, resulting in a pleasant drive through and through.

In the area of design, each of these units are unique with wheels and horsepower designation badges on the hood insert and lift-gate. The supercharged Yukon’s interior also features a sport edition supercharged logo that is embroidered on the front headrests and embroidered floor mats, an everyday reminder of the special vehicle you are driving.

These units are so special that only 50 will be produced by SVE in each of the four power configurations, for a total of 200. Available for 2024 2wd or 4 wd models, these specialty vehicles can only be acquired from your GMC dealer.
