Looks so bold!

When it comes to the new 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X, the look says it all! This dominating truck is all things bold, starting with a redesigned front fascia and grille with gloss black upper and dark nickel inserts as well as 18-inch gloss black wheels with 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory MT tires.

Bringing forth its off-road ability in terms of style, this vehicle is presented with such enhancements as five ultra-high-strength hot-stamped boron steel front approach skid plates and a large steel transfer case which helps protect the underbody from rocks and gravel.

Exclusive AEV branding can be found throughout the vehicle, including on bumpers, embroidered head resets and all-weather floor liners. Those AEV-stamped front and rear bumpers are constructed of 3 mm, heavy-duty steel and are powder and e-coated for durability as well as UV and corrosion resistance.

A peak inside!

Luxury abounds within the 2023 GMC AT4X AEV Edition, beginning with the Obsidian lush interior, an athletic-inspired look specific to the AT4X trim. This features full-grain leather seats with red and white double-needle stretching. Technical-grain leather accents a premium leather-trimmed instrument panel and door panels that are presented with black-finished authentic Vanta ash wood trim. Also inside is a premium and lush microsuede headliner, sun visors and pillars and etched stainless-steel speaker grilles.

Advanced technology elevates today’s driver and enables him or her to be on the forefront of staying connected during each and every outdoor adventure. In specific, the new AEV Edition boasts a 13.4-inch diagonal infotainment center, a 12.3-inch diagonal digital driver information center and a 15-inch diagonal multicolor head up display. This display offers more than 40 inches of combined driver-focused digital displays, which represents the most in its class!

A 12-speaker Bose Premium Series with CenterPoint Surround Sound pumps excellent sound and also includes AudioPilot Noise Compensation technology to help ensure the cabin stays quiet. It also features a Richbass subwoofer.

Pure power is found here, with the Sierra 1500 AT4X presented with a 6.2L V8 engine with 420 hp and 460 lb.-ft. of torque, enabling this truck to tow up to 8,700 pounds and a max payload of 1,290 pounds. That power under hood is paired perfectly with a specific off-road chassis and

tuning and a two-speed transfer case with a plethora of selectable modes appealing to each and every off-road scenario!

Below the vehicle, the ATX4 trim has front and rear e-lock differentials, which is a pairing not offered by any competitor in its class! These e-lockers are specifically designed to provide the necessary torque and increased traction when wheel slippage occurs. These differentials also aid in sending increased torque to a wheel, in either the front or rear axle, when traction is lost.

And, thanks to Multimatic DSSV shocks and dampers, premium performance, control and comfort is a given! These dampers deliver premium control and an additional 50mm for the front and 25 mm for the rear in terms of suspension travel, resulting in comfort when on road and robust performance when it’s time to head off road for that next adventure!

How it handles!

Off-roaders rest assured — this first ever Sierra 1500 AT4 AEV can handle the toughest of terrains. That is thanks to an improved 32.5-degree front approach angle, a raised ground clearance to 11.2 inches, 23-degree departure and breaker angles and AEV stamped steel powder-coated and e-coated front and rear bumpers. These bumpers are specifically designed to handle the most rigorous off-road action, and feature heavy-duty cast recovery points. This feature makes it especially unique in its class!
